Privacy policy

We take your name, mobile number, address and the receipt only to confirm and deliver your order. We never sell your data or share it with anyone except the shipping company. Only the Sabil Box team can see the receipt. To protect the site from fake orders we store a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) with the order. Orders and payment receipts are kept as accounting records; when you ask us to delete your data we remove your name, mobile number and address from them and keep only the amounts. If you use the site assistant, the questions you type are sent to Google Gemini to generate an answer, without any other data about you. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
